Implementation Specialist, Pharmacy Automation

Location: Westminster, CO

The primary responsibility of the Implementation Specialist is the delivery of training and guidance to customers in support of the implementation of Swisslog’s Automated Drug Management Systems (Pharmacy Automation) Solutions. Proper training is essential to the adoption and success of our automation solutions. The Implementation Specialist represents Swisslog to our customers and must demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. In addition, the Implementation Specialist will provide training to internal staff as needed in the support of their particular roles and responsibilities to the Pharmacy Automation business.

The Implementation Specialist is an integral part of the operations team, as the primary training and implementation resource for the installation of Swisslog Automation Solutions. Training may be offered at the Swisslog Automation Academy in Westminster, Colorado. Swisslog offers their customers many training solutions, including those offered in our Automation Academy, as well as training delivered at customer sites, and virtual training and e-learning. The Implementation Specialist may be called upon for any of these options, as well as to assist with the development of remote and web-based learning curriculum.


The Implementation Specialist provides training, as well as project leadership for the implementation of the Pharmacy Automation products.

Training Delivery (30%)
